Our Philosophy

Since opening our doors in 1986, we at R & R Doors have looked to the future. We take great pride in every call we take, every service we do, every door, opener and accessory we install. Our goal at R & R Doors is to provide Madison and Cross Plains, WI residents with quality service and products. We believe our workmanship and products are second to none. The #1 priority at R & R Doors is to make each customer a satisfied customer because we know satisfied customers create that future we desire.


We are active members of our communities and industry. We are members of the International Door Association, Madison Area Builder Association (MABA), National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), Cross Plains Area Chamber of Commerce and numerous other trade & social groups. We have achieved “Master Plus” dealer status, the highest available rating from Amarr Garage Doors. We have also been honored with LiftMaster’s “Award of Excellence” for the past 9 years.


Ian Flood

Ian started his career working for his father-in-Law, Ron,  in 2015 as an installer while being in the army reserves. In 2023 Ian and his wife, Carleigh, purchased the company from Ron keeping it in the family. You will often find Ian in the field installing doors or in the office wearing the many different hats of an owner.

Carleigh Flood

Carleigh is a 3rd generation owner of R & R Doors with her husband, Ian. After several years as a nurse, Carleigh transitioned into the family business and later purchased the business with her husband, Ian in 2023.

Ron Runk

Ron is in charge of Sales. He started his career in the garage door industry in 1987. In 2000, Ron purchased the company from his father, Ralph Runk. In 2023 Ron sold the company to his daughter and son-in-law keeping the business in the family.

Scott Brunner

You’ll likely meet Scott if you’re looking for a residential garage door. Having started as an installer, he is now our premier residential expert and will help you navigate the many options available for residential garage doors in Wisconsin!

Gene Engebretson

Gene started his career in the door industry in 1995. He started out installing both commercial and residential doors, in 2004 Gene transitioned to the service side of the door industry. He then took the reins as Service Manager in 2018 where he schedules service and helps in Commercial Sales. Gene has over 20 years in the door business and is a crucial part of R & R Doors. If you need to find a part or solve any door or opener issue he will gladly help you out.

Brenda Erickson

Brenda joined our team in 2018. Brenda is in charge of the day-to-day office functions. Her main roles include accounts receivables, accounts payables, customer relations, human resources and advertising.

Sabrina Belhaj

Sabrina joined our team in 2022. Sabrina will likely be the first voice you hear or face you see when contacting R & R Doors. Sabrina works along side our residential salesman, Scott, creating estimates and answering any questions you may have.
